Senior Lead Business Analyst
Position Overview Become a leader within Navistar’s IT Organization. As a Senior Lead Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to drive and deliver innovative capabilities with industry-leading products. This role will provide business analysis expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements. May lead cross-functional teams to address business and/or systems issues. Strong initiative to learn new systems. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Perform the Lead Business Analyst role for the Source to Pay value stream across several Procurement applications Provide updates to IT and Business Leadership Lead project teams to ensure milestones are met Work with the business and IT team to identify, analyze, and document business requirements Design, implement, and support automated, reliable, and available IT solutions Document current business processes and analyze for opportunities to improve Work with Developers to ensure projects are on track and meet expectations Lead testing efforts including documenting Test Scenarios & Test Cases Prepare training materials and perform training for end users Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 8 years of business analyst experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 6 years of business analyst experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 10 years of business analyst experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
