About this role
Roles & Responsibilities  Work closely with the Design Director to establish project concepts through design development.  Act as partner to Design Director in managing and mentoring a team of junior and intermediate designers; help delegate tasks as necessary.  Participate in and lead project meetings and presentations for both internal partners and clients.  Guide interiors team throughout various project stages and work with Design Director to make decisions when necessary. Primarily focus on FF&E selection and installation. Skills & Experiences 10+ years of professional design experience within hospitality, multi-family residential, and institutional work.  Bachelor's or master's in interior design or architecture.  Strong FF&E experience; architectural background is a plus.  Experience managing a team of junior through senior interior designers; ability to delegate various tasks throughout a team.  Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to work comfortably with high-level clients.
