Together, we will create a society that fosters opportunity, dignity, and well-being for all.   The Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will support our Finance capability by providing Program leaders key analysis to drive optimal decisions that will expand the community's social impact.   This role will be based in our Arlington, VA office.    The Stand Together community works with some of the country's boldest and most innovative social changemakers. Your Responsibilities IncludeEnsure monthly financial reporting packets are accurate, timely and meet the changing needs of Program Leaders  Partner with Program Leaders to assess analytical and reporting requirements and determine whether existing data structure can support this need  Develop financial and operational tools that provide key insights used for strategic decision making  Identify areas for improvement in how the data is structured and organized to maximize output  Identify data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data capture  Support implementation of data structure projects needed for strategic reporting to include developing roadmaps and coordination with various business units Supervise 1-3 peopleKnowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization7+ years of FP&A or accounting analysis background Supervisory experience 3+ years Strong systems and financial reporting backgroundfor multi-entity organizations  Strong project management and communication skills with experience presenting project plans to leaders across organization Experience implementing cross-company initiatives such as financial system rollouts or data structureprojects Strong analytical skills with ability to develop insights valuable for decision making Experience with business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of Americans – especially the least fortunateA vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of othersCompetitive salaries and bonuses.
