Position Summary: Axtria is seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to join our team. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, LOBs, to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Manage product launch activities, including promotional material development, sales training, and market introduction strategies. Track and analyze product sales metrics, adjusting marketing strategies as necessary to achieve business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure buy-in and support for marketing initiatives. Stay abreast of industry developments and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies. Work Experience A minimum of 12 years of work experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a product marketing, consulting, or related capacity. Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and managing product GTM, and a track record of developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and plans. Evidence of strong copywriting skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of writing samples or a body of work available for review. Previous experience in life sciences or a closely related field is highly desirable.
