Senior Manager Services Sales ASEAN & Taiwan

 

The Senior Manager, Service Sales, for Area ASEAN and Taiwan is required to plan, structure, develop and achieve the sale of Services while ensuring focus on Customer Satisfaction and supporting. This role reports to the Area VP of Sales for ASEAN and Taiwan and is a key member of the Area leadership team. 

Job Duties

 Services Sales Management

Aligns with Sales Directors in defining the services strategy and services sales targets, in line with the common vision of the organization Effectively communicates the services strategy, goals, objectives and results to the services team, management team, peers and management hierarchy through a structure of 1-1s, team meetings and business reviews. Interfaces with Account Managers, Systems Engineers, Partner Managers and various supporting functions to structure the delivery of support and services, and drive results on strategic service initiatives. Recommends plans to CS Management for continued growth of the services business and improved Customer Satisfaction in continuous alignment with the Sales Organization. Participates in Operational Reviews for delivery of support and services (Internal and External). Establishes interfaces at the relevant level of the largest partners and customers in the area. Acts as an escalation point for the Sales Organization for customer satisfaction issues on, building and nurturing relationships with the APAC service delivery teams to ensure the appropriate customer visibility and actions to quickly resolve issues. Represents Services within the Sales Management team, building awareness, support and enthusiasm for Services within Juniper.

 Services Business Development

Owns Sales Achievement targets for Services mapped to the Account Managers, for the Service Provider and the Enterprise Sectors.   Work with the Product Sales and Partner teams to develop and build a pipeline of opportunities. Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales achievement. Operates a structured sales management process including forecast management, deal management, account planning, in line with defined tools, guidelines, process and timescales.  Recruits and manages a highly motivated sales team to achieve its financial objectives Leads by influence the sales and delivery teams who contribute to optimizing achievement of the Services financial goals (Professional Services/Advanced Services/Education Services, Service Inside Sales, Channel, Sales Teams, System Engineering).

Qualifications: 

Job Skills/Required Experience

Track record of operating a structured sales management process to deliver financial goals. More than 10 years’ experience in Customer Services Management positions in IT / TELECOM. Customer focus and willing to go extra miles to ensure customer’s success.

Job Skills/Required Experience

Successful Business Development experience with support, professional, and integration services. Excellent interpersonal, communication, teambuilding, problem solving and planning skills. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Partners and Customers. Experience in managing and own complex customer services operational/delivery issues to resolution. Knowledge of the Enterprise Markets / Service Provider Markets (an in-depth understanding of specific end-user segments is a plus, for instance, Mobile, Data Center, Financial Services IT Solutions, etc...) Proven autonomy in decision making in line with given level of authority. Proven ability to work as part of a virtual team and make best use of resources not under direct control to achieve financial and operational targets. Good communication and presentation skills. Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience. Good team player. Experience and knowledge of ASEAN countries and Taiwan.
