The Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst is responsible for various functions related to the acquisition process including task management, analysis of financial statements and related financial data, and support of other members of the Mergers & Acquisitions Team.

Your Impact Review and organize incoming acquisition informationAnalyze and develop proforma financial statements; work closely with the M&A Team to identify synergies and appropriate adjustmentsAssist in preparation of term sheets and cover lettersCoordinate and perform various aspects of due diligenceDetermine the potential impact of due diligence results on the valuationManage preparation of schedules related to the purchase agreementPresent analysis of acquired companies financial results versus the proforma; complete ScorecardsDevelops analyses, projections, reports, and presentationsProvide supporting data for and present working capital computationManage preparation of the purchase agreement and ancillary documents; interact with attorneys, Sellers and brokersAssist with tasks as required; scanning, data entry, scheduling of conference calls, coordination of travel / meetings, etc. Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree in accounting or finance5 years of related experience3 years of direct M&A transaction experience

 

Preferred
