We are seeking for a Senior Network & Security Engineer (Level 3/ SME) to join our dynamic team in Cyberjaya Malaysia.

You will be part of our Managed Network & Security Team, dedicated to improve our valued customer's environment in Australia and beyond.

Your expertise will be at the forefront, providing crucial support and solutions that ensure our customers' networks and security are robust, efficient, and secure.

Responsibilities Provide third level technical expertise and operational support for network and security service requests and issues. Act as the final escalation point for complex technical knowledge and expertise. Lead workshops to identify trends and challenges in customer environments. Develop innovative solutions to enhance customer environments. Implement permanent corrective fixes in adherence to change processes. Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis' knowledge management system. Mentor junior engineers to facilitate their skill development.
