Job Description

THE ROLE

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our data product offerings and roadmap.

In this role you will be responsible for the data product offerings across our Consumer, Wealth, Small Business, Commercial, Home Lending, and Marketing businesses. These data products allow our financial institution clients to monitor the market and make strategic decisions grow their business. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for end-to-end product lifecycles, bringing products from concept to reality.
 

YOU WILL

Discover Client Needs: Conduct research and engage with clients to identify and understand their data needs and challengesCreate Data Expansion Strategy: Develop strategies to expand data sets, ensuring they align with market demands and client requirementsCollaborate with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to make key architectural decisions, ensuring efficient data processing and storageDelivery Method Development: Design and refine methods for data delivery, focusing on efficiency and client accessibilityInnovation in Data Analysis: Implement new data analysis methods to enhance product value and client insights

Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on client feedback and market trendsData Quality Oversight: Ensure the highest quality of data in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and relevanceMarket Trend Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends to guide product development and innovationStakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align product vision and deliverablesPerformance Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data to drive decisions and improvements

Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 (plus bonus)

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Expertise

At least 4 years of data product offering Product Management experience demonstrated career progression and business-moving impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager working in enterprise and B2B data product offerings with a consistent record of multi-workstream management and effective delivery in an Agile environmentProven experience working with large data sets and understanding data processing, data architecture, and data storage in ways that directly impact business metricsProficiency in presenting complex data concepts in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with Tableau, Jira, SQL, PowerPoint & ExcelExperience with API architecture focused on reliability and performance is an added bonusPreferred experience in financial or banking industry with an understanding of the core business model of banking
