JOB SUMMARY: The Sr Program Manager plans and implements program(s) which are comprised of multiple dependent work streams (subprojects). Thoroughly understands the programmatic approach (including global) and possesses the ability to build program structure. Incorporates lessons learned into continuous process improvement actions either within supply chain or elsewhere in the business.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads complex Supply Chain Program Team (including global). Develops a comprehensive project charter, plan, and status methodology/cadence while proactively managing risks and issues. Identifies, evaluates, and manages project team leads. Compiles and presents relative data points to executive stakeholders and management. Leverages Quality Team to drive quality management and assurance. Manages and report on risks, issues, and changes that are impeding program progress. Manages financials, metrics, SLAs and KPIs. Manages internal/external customer expectations. Drives all projects to on-scope, on-time, on budget delivery within established variances. Proactively manages dependencies, removes roadblocks, and holds project resources accountable to meet deliverables. Partners with stakeholders to effectively manage project change requests. Proactively resolves internal and external customer's issues. Provides training and mentorship on project management methods, manage, coach, and mentor project team(s). Drives innovations, efficiency, quality, and operational improvement initiatives to achieve program financial success. Considers overall company business goals and practically apply advanced strategic thinking and tactical skills.
