We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator (Salesforce Consultant) with excellent analytical and communication skills for our office in Jacksonville, Florida, or Toronto, Canada.

With our patented client engagement solutions built on Salesforce, you’ll become a go-to subject-matter expert.Actively listen, elicit information, and comprehend issues/needsDesigning/developing solutions (including custom flows, apps, dashboards, reports, and objects) within a Salesforce context Research solutions presented by clients or on your own accord and how they could fit into our Product as enhancements or used as solo solutions to clientsCreate and maintain technology documentationConfigure and explain the Salesforce functionalities in detail and automation using Flow with different functions within Salesforce.Work with product management, sales, marketing, and service as needed to provide product insights and SME-level assistanceStay current on updates and new releases in SalesforceOther duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Administration and Salesforce Flows2+ years of experience in information technologyExperience designing Salesforce Apps, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Security/ Permission SetsExcellent verbal and written skillsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
