Senior Project Manager - Rail

Kimley-Horn is celebrating 16 years as one of FORTUNE's 100 Best Companies to Work For. **Responsibilities** Leadership responsibilities include: operating with integrity and sound business principals; building and maintaining positive client relationships; partnering closely with clients; balancing managing complex projects/programs and working within integrated project teams in a non-leadership/management role; having open communication with team members and other staff; and serving as a subject-matter expert on some technical project delivery matters. Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor both within the firm and within the industry overall.
