Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Project Manager General, we'll count on you to:

Understanding of project management and delivery processDeveloping and presenting deliverables to clients for status and updatesManaging project staff and design consultants to keep projects on budget and schedule and within agreed-upon scopeThrough your project efforts and involvement in industry activities, developing and maintaining client relationsActively participating in and supporting internal and external development and training activitiesWorking with Resident Engineer and providing design support during the construction of the projectsPerform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field10 years related experience experience in design, project/program management, and project coordinationA minimum of 5 years of project management experienceConstruction administration experience is a plus, but not requiredIs technically capable in transit design development, and familiar with project development procedures/processes.Demonstrates interest in the development and maintenance of client relations.Strong written and oral communication skills are required and working as a team player is very important for this role.Desires to work with multiple agencies to develop projects in a collaborative fashion.Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management softwareMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

A license/certification may be requiredPMP certification

The expected compensation range for this position is $144,988.00 - $223,695.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
