The Senior Property Accountant will manage the financial records and accounts for multiple properties within a commercial real estate setting. This includes recording income and expenses, reconciling balance sheets, preparing financial statements, and interacting with tenants over disputes. Even Simpler: The job is about keeping track of money for different buildings that shops and businesses use. The accountant makes sure all the money coming in and going out is recorded properly and works out bills for the building owners.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum 3 years of commercial property accounting experienceExperience with Yardi Voyager and MRI software
