All Native Group is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and results driven Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of large, complex, and high-value proposals for U.S. federal government contracts ($20-$100+ million). The ideal candidate will bring a track record of leading winning proposals, demonstrate expertise across multiple acquisition types, and possess in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
As a strategic leader within our business development and capture organization, the Senior Proposal Manager will manage proposal responses from kickoff through submission and ensure compliance, quality, and compelling content that aligns with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
Essential Functions
Lead multi-volume proposal efforts (e.g., RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, Task Orders, IDIQs, GWACs), including Technical, Management, Cost, and Past Performance volumes for opportunities >$20 million. Interpret and analyze RFP Sections L, M, and C to develop a responsive proposal strategy and ensure compliance. Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including scheduling, resource assignments, kickoff meetings, daily standups, color team reviews, and final production. Establish and maintain a collaborative proposal portal (e.g., SharePoint or Teams) to track activities and share documents. Develop detailed compliance matrices using tools like Visible Thread and oversee coordination of writing, graphics, formatting, editing, and delivery. Coordinate with the pricing and contracts teams to develop the Cost/Price Volume and maintain alignment with the technical approach. Implement industry best practices (e.g., Shipley, APMP) and tailor methodologies to meet solicitation and customer-specific requirements. Facilitate proposal reviews (color team planning, reviewer training, comment adjudication, recovery planning) and ensure timely implementation of feedback. Conduct post-submission activities including after-action reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to proposal coordinators, writers, and junior managers. Lead and respond to data calls, ensure accurate messaging and content across volumes, and support graphics and visual storytelling development. Support proposal team training initiatives and ensure adherence to company style guides and brand standards. Perform additional proposal management duties as assigned by the Director of Proposals. Maintain proposal content libraries and resusable content to enhance future responses
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–10 years of federal proposal management experience, including oversight of complex, multi-agency efforts. Proven success leading winning proposals for federal customers. Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, and various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, BPA, etc.). Experience leading and winning OCONUS based work including base operations support services (BOSS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
