Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor passionate about shaping infrastructure projects?

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consortium delivering a significant high-speed rail project in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and enthusiastic team in a confidential setting.

In this role, you will:

Manage all aspects of the commercial function independently, potentially leading a small team. Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans. Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues. Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments. Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance. Identify and manage commercial risks.

To be successful, you will have:

A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification. Membership of a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.). Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A methodical and detail-oriented approach. Ability to learn new concepts and mentor junior colleagues.
