Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a Global 3rd Party Logistics provider on the search for a Senior Sales Manager specialized in Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding across Western Canada.

Location: Vancouver, Canada

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Sales Manager to lead & expand our clients International Freight sales team across Western Canada. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. This position requires a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry and a proven track record in both sales & leadership.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives within the North American Freight Forwarding market.Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.Player-coach role, with both sales & leadership responsibilities.Identify and target potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.Implement robust sales tracking and reporting systems to monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Candidate Requirements:

10+ years Sales experience in the Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding market3PL sales leadership experienceCurrent network of clients and candidates across the marketStrong track record of revenue & account growth
