Senior Security Solution Architect

ClearDATA is hiring a Senior Security Solutions Architect to join our growing sales team. We seek a highly motivated and technically skilled Solutions Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical sales process of our cutting-edge XDR, SIEM, MDR, and CSPM products, partnering with customers to design and implement comprehensive security solutions that meet their unique needs in the Healthcare industry. You will combine your deep technical expertise with strong communication and analytical skills to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

What you’ll Do:

Analyze customer environments, uncover the challenges they are going through, identify security vulnerabilities, and translate them into actionable insights. Design and recommend best-fit combinations of our XDR, SIEM, MDR, and CSPM products, tailoring them to specific customer needs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Translate complex technical concepts into engaging stories that resonate with business decision-makers, through impactful presentations. Build strong customer relationships, fostering trust and acting as a true security partner. Partner with sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and security objectives. Design and propose tailored solutions to protect our Healthcare customer’s data in the cloud. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Lead pre-sales engagements, including proof-of-concept deployments and technical evaluations. Proactively identify and address customer concerns, providing technical guidance Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and trends, recommending relevant solutions and enhancements. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials. Travel as required for customer meetings and industry events.

What You’ll Need:

Prior sales experience in a similar, customer-facing, technical sales role, preferably within the healthcare IT or cloud IT industry. 3 years of hands-on experience with hyperscale cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong technical aptitude to understand how technology products and solutions can effectively address and solve business problems. Deep understanding of the evolving threat landscape and can articulate the value proposition of your solutions with confidence. Excellent knowledge and proven experience selling to enterprise customers. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under pressure. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to plan and prioritize important tasks and work with accuracy and attention to detail. Positive attitude, excellent listening skills, strong written communication, and oral presentation skills. Possesses a competitive attitude and strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environment Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

 

What Will Make You Stand Out:

Experience with endpoint security, SIEM, vulnerability management, and other server/network security tools. Ability to articulate the benefits of cloud and digital transformation in healthcare. Experience with SOAR, XDR, HIPAA/HITRUST compliance, deploying cloud architectures, DevSecOps principles, and automation. Experience in technology and SaaS sales. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office.
