Job Description: AEM Developer

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: 

Act as development lead for Combined corporate websites  Work with Marketing team on managing content within AEM Authoring Interface Provide oversight and hands on within Adobe AEM (Sites, Assets) setup, taxonomy, and configurations through SDLC Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed Maintain a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business, and a focus on quality and service Interact with the business through requirements analysis and design sessions Work with IT Management and Marketing team to determine priorities and resolve issues

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

(Required)

Experience with AEM component development, workflow implementation, template customization, and integration with third-party systems. AEM Backend Development like Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, and JCR Queries  Strong Java programming foundation  Extensive hands-on experience with workflows, Sling servlet Web application design experience  Ensure compliance with content governance policies Experience with geo-tagging rules and cookie management  Strong knowledge of Multilingual Content Management: translation workflows, language copy features, and localization Knowledge on content versioning and rollback  Knowledge of AEM's Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities Experience with Web/Digital development Proficient with ServiceNow, JIRA, and DevOps tools  Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong collaboration and team building skills Ability to effectively work with various Business stakeholders and senior leadership team

Prepare training materials (content authoring guides, etc.) appropriate for target audiences and develop solution and conduct training sessions Familiar with API/ data integration Experience with life and health insurance administration system processes Adobe certification Experience working in an outsourced environment coordinating deployment activities with an offshore team

 

 

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field.  Or, equivalent work experience, including 3-5 years of AEM.
