JOB DESCRIPTION:  

Seeking an experienced Software Developer – Senior that works independently designing and engineering new software products or major enhancements to existing software. May lead a team in design of highly complex software systems. Acts as highest-level technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Works independently designing and engineering new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debug, and document those programs. Conducts code reviews of subordinate developers and peers. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. Coordinates with Cybersecurity team members to implement and maintain a SSDLC with an understanding of the NIST SP 800-63 RMF and the DoD implementation of RMF.
