UST is looking for a talented React Developer to developer responsive web application. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for front-end development using ReactJS. You will analyze project objectives, create UI design and develop web application as per requirements. You should have experience integrating with backend services, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, testers to translate business requirements into effective and user-friendly end-to-end solutions Design and implement web application using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance the development process Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to address performance and scalability issues Work closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets established standards Collaborate with other teams to integrate front-end components with back-end services, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality Participate in Scrum ceremonies Proactive share accomplishments, knowledge, and lessons within the team Provide updates and status reports during development and related support activities

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar 3+ years experience developing React web applications Experience in React, Typescript, React Testing Library Experience working directly with clients, requirements clarification, peer review Solid understanding of front-end development best practices, including responsive design String problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experienced in developing React front-end for Salesforce backend is a plus Background in Retail business is an advantage Amenable to working mid shift schedule and hybrid
