Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Structural CAD/BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:

•Perform non-routine and complex modeling assignments requiring application of advanced BIM modeling techniques

•Work independently with occasional advice from your supervisor

•Direct efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as needed

•Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

•Associate or technical school degree or combination of education and relevant experience

• A minimum of 5 years experience in structural engineering as it relates to buildings

•Strong Revit Structural Expertise

•Works with structural engineers in the BIM environment to streamline design processes should have good, working skills in BIM operations

•Experience with structural design software that is compatible with Revit

•Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office

•An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
