Senior Technology Business Analysis
**Job Description:** JOB TITLE: Senior Technology Business Analysis JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St. Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] Duties: Manage the requirements process by acting as a liaison/Product Owner between all internal stakeholders for all experiments that come through intake for the company website. Act as a subject matter expert on experimentation and AB testing to drive effective solutions across complex concepts. Delegate between business stakeholders and the AB testing delivery team to align business needs with a technical architecture and end-solution. Participate across the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure requirements have been met to stakeholder specifications, to ensure functionality runs seamlessly, the analytic and insights will answer the test hypothesis, and that all parties are informed and integrated as needed to cover cross impacts. Direct day to day task assignment for the global AB testing delivery team. Provide weekly productivity reporting to management. Work as Automation Architect and Lead for Test Automation Suite - Create Java based test scripts and maintain UI Object repository in Test Automation Tool such as Katalon for verifying AB Team campaigns in Production and identify broken experiences. Lead the design, development, debugging and implementation of test automation. Plan the schedule. Lead script code reviews and provide guidance on automation best practices. Provide training and technical support to the team. Manage Agile and Waterfall, Software Development Life Cycle, business process, applications and systems, and technical evaluation. Use programming languages (Java, JavaScript) and testing tools like Adobe Target for implementation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology and Five (5) Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or Five (5) Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation managing an eCommerce experimentation program, Agile and Waterfall, Software Development Life Cycle, business process, applications and systems, and technical evaluation; and using programming languages (Java, JavaScript).
