About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer at JustAnswer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experiences of millions of users worldwide. You'll have the opportunity to dive deep into understanding user needs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and intuitive solutions. From conceptualization to execution, you'll lead the charge in crafting pixel-perfect designs that not only meet business objectives but also delight our diverse user base. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences. Utilize UX design process for conceptualization and delivery of mocks. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory. Leverage tools like Figma, Figjam, Mouseflow, UserTesting.com, and Power BI. Work collaboratively with product partners in San Francisco, Ukraine, and India to define priorities, plan projects, and design approaches that enable the best experiences and outcomes. Contribute to design system maintenance and evolution. Design for mobile (web and native) is required Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
