Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Lead in San Jose, CA. Summary: UX leaders are the conduit between the business problem and the experience solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that experience designs meet the needs of users. Much of the job is to educate team-members and stakeholders on how designs are meeting user needs. The role is a direct partner with Research/Audience, Visual Design, Development and Business Strategists. Responsibilities: * Senior UX Lead will work collaboratively in a virtual studio environment, leading UX on projects * Launch highly crafted products and other digital channels * Use insights to identify new opportunities * Have a passion for learning and sharing * Work hand in hand with visual designers and developers in agile environments * Evangelize the value of UX and Design across Company * Understand and work with Atomic Design systems * Ensure that experiences meet the needs of visitors at each touchpoint * As a leader you will be both an individual contributor to projects and a people leader to junior UX team members * Present experience designs with Visual Designers to all levels of the company * Lead design discussions and workshops
