**Overview**
To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a strategic, proactive, and well-organized SVP to help lead the agency’s growth initiatives and maximize new business outcomes. Reporting into the Chief Growth Officer, this senior role blends strategic leadership within the agency, team management, and direct contributions to growth efforts, particularly for full-funnel Media AOR engagements. This SVP work collaboratively across Spark and Publicis Groupe to develop and implement growth strategies, coordinate with pitch consultants and/or prospective clients, guide pitch narrative and response, while ensuring that we are showcasing what’s now and what’s next that the agency offers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive and deliver the product, practice, and process of business development and growth for Spark
+ Lead and orchestrate pitch engagement, with proven ability to guide a pitch process from initial outreach to RFI to RFP, transition prep and post-pitch handoff to working teams
+ Oversee the development of early-stage pitch engagement responses including written RFIs, RFPs, and credentials content
+ Demonstrate a strong understanding of media strategy, investment, and optimization across all types of media, with the ability to partner with subject matter experts to build innovative pitch content and push for first/best/only Publicis ideas
+ Partner with executive leadership to build and activate pitch teams and determine pitch casting
+ Guide and enable pitch coordination including timelines, checkpoints, accountabilities, deliverables, design, and production needs, managing the more junior team resources for their contribution to these areas
+ Drive Pitch team to develop the “work” within a pitch including the proposition, strategic approaches, media plans, and commercials
+ Support organic growth efforts as needs arise and readily share the latest/winning pitch content with client leads to inspire cross sell opportunities and new growth areas
+ Manage, coach, and develop Growth team talent and direct reports
+ Establish strong, collaborative connections with client stakeholders including Procurement, consultants and a wide range of internal stakeholders to work seamlessly together
+ Build and strengthen integration between the growth practice and the broader global agency network, cross sharing knowledge and best practices, staying current on all the Groupe has to offer
**Qualifications**
+ 15+ years of successful leadership experience in the media, marketing, or consulting fields, preferably with 10+ years having been in business development and/or agency Growth roles with a proven track record of winning pitches
+ Strong communication skills – Communicate clearly, concisely, adapted for audience, with a focus on soliciting feedback and driving consensus
+ Ability to anticipate - Proactive self-starter with ability to understand what is needed and drive against it
+ Excellent management skills - Work comfortably and effectively in fast shifting, high pressure, and constantly iterating environments and situations
+ Build meaningful relationships - Establish productive working relationships, facilitate consensus, empower people, and inject a spirit of inclusiveness
+ Bold and inventive – Bring/Create new models, new approaches, new stories, new capabilities
+ Drive simplification – Ability to simplify complex concepts, constructs, and language

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
