Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.

Key Accountabilities

Responding and resolving desktop support inquiries via our ticketing system, email, or phone. (ServiceNow)Excellent communication skills are a must (face-to-face, written, and telephone)Good organizational skills, able to handle projects and prioritize tasks as they present themselvesSoftware Support - troubleshooting, installing, upgrading, and removing applications. (Windows 10, Office365)Hardware Support - troubleshooting, reimaging, and building client machinesMobile Device/Tablet - troubleshooting, upgrading and setup assistanceActive Directory Administration - user accounts, security groupsConduct User IT Orientation to go over resources and servicesSharePoint - site creation, administration, and troubleshootingUnified Communications - Cisco Webex, Call Manager, MS Teams administration and troubleshooting Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required

Educational Requirements

4-year Degree in Information Systems /Computer Science or Associates/Computer Certification.

Required Work Experience

Minimum 2 Year’s Service Desk experience, some server administration a plus.

Additional Requirements

Able to work flexible and weekend hoursAble to follow direction, work with the team, and work independentlyUnderstanding of Asset Management systems such as LANDesk or SCCMFamiliarity with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and Dell OptiPlex desktops
