**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling locally to service, maintain, and repair industrial laundry equipment. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities** + Travel to various client locations to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and folding machines. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. + Provide timely and effective repairs to minimize equipment downtime. + Maintain accurate records of service visits, including work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance. + Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solutions. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities. + Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new equipment, and best practices to continually improve service quality. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics. + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. + Valid driver's license. + Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work in various environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with low voltage electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, servos or motors. + Knowledge of HVAC, production, and assembly. + Experience in preventive maintenance and field service work. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive salary and performance-based incentives, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holiday pay, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
