Position Summary

ServiceNow Techno-functional Senior Consultant

Work you'll do
You will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoing sustainment. You will be a part of the design on the project and will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development. This role will build and drive high performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.

In an operational setting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. You will provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes in conjunction with maintaining the organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizing current vendor solution capabilities and the product roadmap.

Qualifications


Required

4+ years of ServiceNow consulting or industry experience 3+ years of experience within large technology engagements 2+ full life cycle implementations Experience leading teams in functional and technical streams Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Bachelor's Degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment ServiceNow certification in one or more areas Experience with XML, and SQL Advanced degree Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint) The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,000 - $173,000. 
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
