The Shift Supervisor job in Lewiston, ME is responsible for supporting the management team by coaching and leading the Retail Service Ops team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety compliance, providing excellent customer service, and offering coverage during managerial absences. This is a 3rd shift full time position 

Shift Supervisor Job Duties:

Implementation and enforcement of safety policies and procedures. Overseeing production areas and coordinating shift activities. Providing on-the-job and new hire training. Ensuring quality and production expectations are met. Effective communication and leadership to lead a diverse team.

 
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; college coursework or other formal training in a related field preferred. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Good math and written communication skills. Computer literate with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and web-based program familiarity. Forklift experience; certification available. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive tasks.

Shift Supervisor Details: 

Schedule: 5:00pm to 3:30am, Friday through Monday  Pay Rate: Starting at $19.75 per hour, with a $1.50 weekend shift differential. Regular pay rate increases to $21.25. Start Date: ASAP
