Shift Supervisor
**Overview** Responsible for providing supervisory leadership in the absence of store management. Typically authority is assigned on an individual shift basis. **Responsibilities** Job Duties: + Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate + May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management + May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management + May represent management in resolving customer service issues + Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** Education: + Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED + Preferred: AS Degree or Higher Experience: + Preferred: 2 or more years previous experience in related position Special Conditions of Employment: + Drug test + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position **Compensation:** $16.00-$17.36 per hour The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
