Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direction supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

 

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving all deliveries at the loading dock, preparing and shipping packages accurately and in a timely manner, performing quality assurance checks on all shipped packages, handing off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the day. Responsibilities

Job Duties:

Answer the door at the loading dock and receive all incoming deliveriesPrepare and maintain adequate stocking levels of all shipping suppliesPackage final prescription orders for delivery to customerInspects final contents of package and order contentsHand off all packages to FedEx/UPS drivers at the end of the dayAssist with the upkeep and cleanliness of each work station and the facilityMaintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisorResponsible to maintain all quality assurances as they are givenAssist in orienting and training new employees on all shipping and QA protocolsResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications

Attendance Requirements:

Must be able to work nights and weekends as required Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts

 

Educational Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

 

Experience: 

Preferred: 0-2 years previous experience in related position

 

Special Conditions of Employment:

Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

 

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or olderMust possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing
