Site Manager – Facilities    Job Summary:   As a Site Manager – Facilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and construction projects at assigned site(s), ensuring efficient management of both internal teams and external vendors. This role involves strategic planning, design, and execution of various projects within these locations.   Key Responsibilities:   Facility Operations: Emphasis on maintaining critical mechanical systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including international projects with occasional travel Ensure timely maintenance and replacement of building systems Support audits and inspections Manage work order platform "Konos" Maintain inventory of corporate supplies Coordinate special events, move requests, and furniture reconfigurations Assist in organizing, monitoring, and reporting on facility management programs Liaising with Government Departments for telephones, water, and power; monitoring civil and interior works for Infosys in coordination with liaising team.  Outsourcing contracts for the maintenance of office building, infrastructure, office equipment, machinery, and other assets of the organisation. Travel Management: -Interfacing and coordinating with travel desk for Clients Visits.  Health, Safety, Wellbeing & BCMS – Work with Global HSE/BCMS leads to simplify and align and implement regional EHS/BCMS Standards.  Plan and manage regional HSE/ OHSAS/BCMS ISO audits-9001/22301/27001/45001/50001/39001.  Environment & ESG: - Manage environment risk profile through ESG (Environment & Social Governance) platform as related to real estate assets and work across Pune and Mumbai location to deliver on sustainability reporting and metrics.   Project Management: Lead and manage facility projects as assigned Evaluating viability of various Projects, coordinating for design & build-out of new sites, listing resource needs for establishments etc.  Supervising all activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies & coordination with site management activities  Expense and Capital: Verify accuracy of site-related invoices Support Global Facility Manager in budget monitoring and preparation Assist in procurement activities, including development and maintenance of Request for Proposals (RFP)  Team Management:  Supervise facility team at assigned site(s) Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure high team and individual performance   Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Leadership skills with ability to lead by example Hands on experience of HVAC, minimum of 5 years  Hospitality experience is advantageous  Strong knowledge of building systems and facility maintenance Proficient in reading floor plans and technical drawings Project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Customer service-oriented with ability to make informed decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently with little guidance   Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering/master's in hospitality management   GED or equivalent; Project Management certification preferred Minimum 5 years of facilities operations experience with supervisory or project leadership experience Demonstrated strong customer service track record Experience in process improvement, cost savings, and change management is desirable Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); additional language skills are a plus   If you are a proactive leader with a strong background in facility operations and project management and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.   Please note that this job advert is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not represent a comprehensive list of all responsibilities.
