SUMMARY

Responsible for day-to-day site facility operations in accordance with contract and corporate requirements. Oversees a functional area within the organization. Familiar with a variety of organizational concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as a liaison with government and military staff as necessary, to promote contract operational efficiency. Responds to client-identified performance concerns. Reports all operational, administrative, and logistics issues to the Program Manager or Division Director as appropriate. Ensures scope of work is performed on time, meets quality standards, and is within contract budget parameters. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises and mentors all site personnel. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE

Pay is: $80,000 & $90,000 per year.
