Key Role
Responsible for R&D project availability, automation, feature performance and deployment.  
o Implement and maintain system tools for monitoring HPC and other system on prem resources
o coordinate and integration with broader Enterprise continual monitoring services
o implement and maintain project on-prem components as designated by the Product Owner
o work with Security Engineer to provide and resolve on-premises related security relevant technical details during ATO of main project applications and their subcomponents
o sustain/improve existing project CI/CD pipelines.
o use existing CI/CD pipelines as a guide to implementing like configuration on other domains/environments as designated by the Product Owner
o Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge.
o Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
o Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members.
 

Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with either system administration/cloud engineering/DevOps engineering for DoD, federal, or commercial clients
• 3+ years experience with Linux
• 3+ years experience with AWS
• 3+ years maintaining DevSecOps/DevOps pipelines
• Direct experience with, and knowledge of the activities required to obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for the DoD/Intelligence community.
 

Additional Qualifications
• Familiarity with networking concepts at the intermediate to advanced level
• 1+ years working with git command line interface
• Experience running security scans in an automated setting
• Ansible/Terraform nice to have
• AWS cloud certification a plus
