Security Site Supervisor - Saint Joseph, MO

 

Pay rate: $20/HR

Shifts: Sun to Thurs 6am to 2pm (40 Hours)

Qualifications Valid  Security Guard License two years of Supervisory experienceAvailable all shift hoursCurrent and valid driver's licenseAble to work overtime and weekendsMust own a personal vehicle for travel between client locations (mileage reimbursement in place)Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust have practical communications skills, both verbal and written, in EnglishAbility to handle crises at the client site calmly and efficientlyDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsHave strong critical thinking skills as well as comparable organizational skillsMust be able to navigate our handheld systems and apps.  Responsibilities Trains officers, as needed, on responsibilities and knowledge of their post assignmentResponsible for all aspects of security guard's duties; inspects security guards’ uniforms, dress, and appearanceInvestigate and resolve issues submitted by customers and clients; provide follow-up and reporting as requiredEnsure officers make timely and accurate reports using the company’s technology, such as Track Tik, Securitime, and EHUBEnsure patrol vehicles are properly maintained, including the cleanliness of the interior and exterior, maintenance and all equipment is presentEnsure officers are following company and client policies and procedures while conducting daily duties such as patrolling the parking lot or inside the storeSchedule security officers and responds to call-offs and rescheduling of shift assignmentsMeet with client management for updates and job-related change orderEnsure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security guards and their job performanceExercise judgment and uses discretion in dealing with emergencies and security violations encounteredEnforce standards of conduct of security officers; follows up on areas of improvementCover open shifts/posts when neededConsistently document efficiently via supervisor site visits and remote site visit reportsTrain and coach officers on how to use the company’s technology; Track Tik, Securtime, and EHUBComplete, track, and submit training checklists and proper documentation promptlyCommunicate any technology, logistical, and operational concerns to the Operations Manager and District Manager as needed
