Description/Job Summary Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m., including call-outs, nights, weekends, and 12 hours days during harvest. Job Summary: Maintenance and construction of facilities used to store, dry, and mill rice products in addition to grounds preparation and concrete construction. Successful applications should be aware of construction site safety rules and able to contribute in a team based work environment. Basic Qualifications: + Must possess a minimum of 2 years consturction, millwright and/or industrial maintenace experience. + Must possess knowledge in hand and power tools. + Must be willing and able to lift up to 110 pounds. + Must be willing and able to bends, stoop, push, pull, twist and turn throughout the day. + Must be willing and able to climb and work at heights up to 200 feet. + Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time. + Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. + Must possess basic math skills. + Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. + Must be available for call outs and responds within 35 minutes (primarily during harvest) + Must be willingand able to travel out of town for extended periods of time. + Must be at least 21 years of age. + Must possess skills in cutting, welding, and operating machinery such as forklifts and sky tracks. + General electrical experience preferred.
