Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representative

Minimum Requirements: 1 years targeted sales experience within the last 3 years

Location: Remote, Mainland UK only

Competitive salary and bonus: £23,000 plus average bonus earning potential of £6,000 per annum. Uncapped bonus

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Start dates: 3rd June 2024

Right now, we're recruiting Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representatives in a role that offers great work life balance, working from home and an engaging onboarding experience.

The role you'll do:

As a Customer Sales Representative in our busy Sky Outbound department, you'll be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand. Day-to-day, you'll:

Use your sales and communication skills to upsell productsBuild rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests firstProvide peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer

What else to expect:

In a 2-week training programme (Mon 10am-6:30pm, Tues-Thu 9:30am-6:30pm and Friday 9:30-4pm) you'll learn our systems, meet your new colleagues, perfect your sales technique and learn what makes a great customer experienceThis department has 2 shift patterns on a 2 week rotation based on a 37.5-hour contractMon 10:30-7pm, Tues-Thu 10-7pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pmMon 10-6:30pm, Tues-Thu 9.30 - 6.30pm, Friday 9.30 - 4pmWorking from homeWe'll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access

The experience and skills you need:

1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 yearsA background in targeted sales and customer serviceA driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills and a love for hitting targetsGreat communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when neededA team player committed to creating an excellent customer experienceUnflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
