Credence has an immediate opening for a Project Management Specialist working in space-related research, development, production, operations & maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. This work will support the Military Communication (MilComm) and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) directorate.
Salary Range Full pay range for this position is $205,000 to $235,000 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Responsible for Information Management to include but not limited to developing, facilitating, updating and/or coordinating 3-letter and 4-letter level briefings, tasks, reports, media queries, public releases, and special projects supporting paragraphsResponsible for Managing the coordination of the following areas information requestsRespond to data calls, document reviews, acquisition reporting, travel requests, media requests, and other mandatory reportingConfirm Program Documentation is consistent with applicable standards and report findings to the Government Effectively receive document, generate, distribute, track, and close tasks at the 2-letter and 3-letter levels to the maximum extent possibleReview staff responses for Government approval, distribution and closureProvide Subject Matter Expertise with the development of strategic long-term planning for MilCOMM PNT DirectorateAssist with schedule implementation and delivery of servicesCompile documentation for milestone or other major reviews by senior officialsProvide articles, speeches, and testimony on the Directorate operations and initiativesreview, coordinate, and process program information suitable for public release to industry, media, trade publications, international partners, and other program stakeholdersCoordinate PEO organization visits Education, Requirements and Qualifications Secret security clearance is requiredSubject Matter Expert Level (SME) A Subject Matter Expert is an individual whose qualifications and/or particular expertise are exceptional and/or highly unique. Subject Matter Experts do not have specific experience/education qualifications but are typically identified as recognized Industry leaders for a given area of expertise.
