Snr Marketing Mgr, Creator Marketing
The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We seek to strengthen creators’ sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops. The Creator Marketing team’s vision is to strategically and creatively attract and retain a diverse population of quality Creators at scale and provide the resources, education and inspiration they need to build their businesses on Amazon.

The Gen Z Lead in the Creator Marketing team will work to recruit, engage and retain Gen Z Creators across our programs. The Gen Z lead will work with the Creator teams and the wider Amazon organization to set the vision, identify opportunities and utilize existing work streams to ensure our new and existing Gen Z Creators have the tools, resources and incentives to be successful on Amazon. As the lead, you will be responsible for the strategy, experimentation and execution to drive their growth.

You will own the vision and framework for the marketing efforts, establish financial guardrails, measurement and experimentation mechanisms and scale opportunities to drive business outcomes. You will influence partner teams to prioritize Gen Z Creators while leveraging this cohort to help drive trend and brand affinity, amplify existing programs and introduce new customers to Amazon. You will identify opportunities across categories that will inspire our Creators, providing additional benefits to help them maximize earnings or fame and love within the Creator programs. As an Individual Contributor, you will work cross-functionally across all of marketing, product, BD, and retail to design, develop, and deliver transformative marketing strategies, highlighting Gen Z Creators as a source of growth and opportunity for retail categories.


Key job responsibilities
* Own and execute the strategic vision for Gen Z Creators at Amazon
* Identify and up level existing workstreams that will drive results with Gen Z Creators
* Develop and measure experiments, utilizing results to identify opportunities. Synthesize key insights to help make future investment and resourcing decisions
* Partner with retail teams on their existing programs, identifying opportunities to layer in Gen Z Creators to drive amplification and scale and recruit new audiences to Amazon
* Leverage analytics and data across both teams to inform and drive business decisions
