Chubb Corporate Systems has an openings for an ETL support for the IFRS17 initiative. This positions main job requirement is to support the production application.  The position will monitor all the tickets and queues assigned to the application group.

Responsibilities includes all aspects of supporting a global initiative including all applications related to the IFRS17 deployment..

 

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires development skills especially on Informatica product and will be monitoring the applications on daily basis the status of services, requests from users, job monitoring in production, queue management, resolution of issues within the SLA’s.  Escalate the issues to L2 and follow through completion and notify the uses on the status of the issues.

Candidate to be analytical, and results oriented with a passion for quickly learning newer technologies, an appreciation for highly complex applications landscape, and a desire to work in a highly collaborative agile environment as part of a global team. 

 

Responsibilities include:

Application support – Informatica  product Good expertise on the service-now produce usage Ability to alert and respond to the issues. Track and follow through he issues until complete Build knowledge base

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Experience in IT related production application support and especially L1  Documentation Keeping all the house keeping activities upto date and close the tasks in time Ability to follow with the L2/L3 technical teams and other support areas.

Experience : 4 to 8 years
