As a Solution Manager you will be considered a team leader that manages end to end business outcomes of highly complex technical scope across the end-to-end HP ecosystem and customer lifecycle. Acts as a subject matter expert providing analysis of information and joining recommendations on solution functionality across these ecosystems in partnership with your team and business partners. Serves as a key participant in stakeholder teams representing the Organization and work to be delivered.
The role requires that you become a recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, strategy, and process. You will contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. The expectation is that you will successfully operate in the most complex disciplines in which the company must operate including participating in large, cross-division functional activities that affect the organization’s long-term goals and OKRs (objectives and key results). As a leader you will routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives and be expected to exercise independent judgment within defined or undefined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. This role is expected to have mastery in clearly communicating the state of project positions and will require you to prepare and communicate recommendations to stakeholders and accountable managers as well as provide executive level audience updates on occasion.

Education and Experience Required:
7 – 10 years of industry experience with 5+ years’ experience in directly related businessDegree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science discipleMasters or MBA highly preferred

Advanced knowledge of IT development and services industry, both agile and waterfallHighly developed skills to analyze problems, solve and communicate their resolutions effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation, presentation, and influence skills for all levels of the organizationJIRA and Test Rail experiencePrior Business Analyst experience preferred
