Nature & Purpose of Position Performs highly advanced specialist duties for Student Account Services under the Division of Enrollment Success. Primary Responsibilities Performs highly advanced specialist duties for Student Account Services (SAS). Accountable for the execution and follow through of complex and technical responsibilities. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors programs or services. Responds to information requests. Collects, reconciles, and maintains complex data. Coordinates and implements departmental processes. Monitors project timelines and identifies issues. Prepares letters, correspondence, and reports. Develops, coordinates, tests, and implements assigned processes. Aids with and interprets policies and procedures. Develops, builds, and executes processes related to student billing, payment requirements and funds acceptance. Produces, manages and monitors drop report. May coordinate and supervise program activities. Places and removes holds, coordinates Information Technology (IT) tickets for drop processes and runs statements as well as communicates these processes as needed for Student Account Services. Assists with assessment related projects as needed. Develops processes and maintains and updates manuals, policies, and procedures. Modifies as needed to maintain best practices. Develops processes to support departmental services. Represents the university and Student Account Services at specified regional and national professional association conferences and professional development workshops. Participates in consulting calls to improve or update processes related to Student Account Services. Performs other related duties as assigned.
