Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS, the Senior Analyst, HRIS will be responsible for Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) set up and maintenance, changes, reporting, testing and troubleshooting, process improvements, data integrity, systems security and year-end support. The Senior Analyst, HRIS will audit changes within systems to insure proper controls and recommend and establish new controls. The position will also assist HRIS related projects as needed.

Minimum 5 years of experience within the HRIS and project arenas to include a proven ability to improve internal processes, and upgrade current technologies.Knowledge of HRIS, management reporting, and payroll processes within an UltiPro environment is required.Must have demonstrated expertise in HRIS, payroll, and business processes with the ability to take ownership of overall HRIS and processReporting and business intelligence experience including systems setup and organization as well as ongoing reporting to meet business needsGeneral overall knowledge and experience within Human Resources (e.g. compensation and benefits) with demonstrated ability to apply technical solutions to solve business problems effectively, preferred.Strong organizational skills, project management experience, time management skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to maintain confidential information, and ability to work well in a team environment.Technical Skills:
Ability to take initiative and be self-motivatedProven teamwork – with the ability to work with team members across all corporate functions
Client Service oriented and focused
Knowledge of information technology and compensation best practices
