Job description

As a MEM Quality Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the quality engineering aspects of Micron external manufacturing subcontractor.  The subcontractor may provide component assembly, memory module assembly or SSD assembly services to Micron.

Drive External Manufacturing alignment to Micron Quality Systems and requirementsDeployment of Quality Systems, Programs and Initiative to External ManufacturingDrive Quality Improvement ProjectsDrive problem resolution, identify root cause, containment, corrective and preventive actionsCoordinate and participate in External Manufacturing AuditsCoordinate response for Customer RequestManage External Manufacturing Change ControlDrive External Manufacturing Sub-tier Supplier Quality ManagementReporting of Weekly / Monthly Quality Metrics

 

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Materials Science, Statistics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, related field of study7+ years working in semiconductor assembly and memory module, SSD manufacturing, preferably having Product Engineering or Process Integration experience5+ years experience with Quality processes and proceduresStrong in Data AnalysisProficient in SPC, FMEA, 8D methodologyFrequent Taiwan subcons visits/face to face meetings are requiredWorking station : PTI TW on-site office. No.15, Datong Rd., Hsinchu Industrial Park, Hukou, Hsinchu 30352, Taiwan
