Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: + 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or training content creation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. + Strong expertise in instructional design, including adult learning principles, content structuring, and learner engagement strategies. + Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and experience optimizing content for LMS platforms. + Ability to develop visually appealing, concise, and effective learning materials. + Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with enablement leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders. + Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively. + Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field preferred.
