Intelligence Analyst, Senior (Team Lead)

Our work depends on a Senior Intelligence Analyst to serve as a team lead in support of administrative and analytic tasks for a Combatant Command (CCMD), Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC)

HOW A SENIOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Serves as the Senior Intelligence Analyst team lead on a large, Joint Intelligence Operations Center program in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Operations.Analyze and evaluate intelligence from diverse sources, including classified and open-source materials, human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT).Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities to provide timely and actionable intelligence products.Develop and maintain expertise in specific areas relevant to the CENTCOM AOR, such as regional politics, economics, cultures, and military organizations.Prepare intelligence briefings and reports to inform operational decisions, policy development, and strategic planning at various levels.Collaborate effectively with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and other intelligence analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the operational environment.Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to process, analyze, and visualize complex intelligence data.Maintain a thorough understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and limitations to evaluate the credibility and reliability of information sources.Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality intelligence products.Adheres to strict security protocols to safeguard classified information and ensure information security.Engages in routine communication with the customer on both mission and administrative deliverables.Identifies and implements corrective action plans, timely identification of issues and effective management of contractors assigned to the Joint Intelligence Center.Engages in technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Joint Intelligence Center.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with favorable poly.US Citizenship RequiredEducation / Required Experience: Master's Degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree with a total of 17 yrs experience as a substitute to the Master’s DegreeRequired:  Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and Production Requirements, Knowledge pertaining to the Defense Intelligence EnterprisePreferred: CENTCOM Intelligence Experience
