Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical managers and engineers to build highly scalable solutionsAs a leader, you will help develop Hyphen’s products and mentor other engineering managers and team members in the processYou will collaborate with other engineering teams, and work autonomously to maintain existing products and participate in new initiativesWork with leadership across teams to plan new projects and identify new initiativesWork with the team to create proof of concepts for new technologies we want to adoptIndividually contribute to the team’s projectsUnderstand and help implement complex technologiesAdditional duties as assignedHybrid is once a month in CT and occasional time in the NY office (Manhattan)Minimum Qualifications
Hands on senior manager passionate about architecting highly scalable and user-friendly solutionWork experience managing teams5+ years of ReactJS Experience3+ years of experience with designing, building and managing REST APIsProven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and ability to handle challenging stakeholdersExperience in developing architectural models that will operate at large scale and high performance, and advise on how to run these architectural modelsExperience with track record of analysis, design, Prototype, develop, deploy data, analytics or web solutionsPartner closely with stakeholders and counterparts to understand business challenge and develop appropriate solutionsA strategic mindset with focus on execution, with emphasis on developing talentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or related fieldPreferred Qualifications
Healthcare experienceFHIR experienceHiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $135,500 - $207,315
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $115,900 - $177,310
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
