Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience: + 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in HR strategy, leadership development, and change management. + 5+ years of leadership experience, managing HR teams and driving high-impact HR programs. + Experience supporting a global workforce in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, ideally within a software or technology company. + Strong understanding of HR disciplines, including talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and compensation & benefits. + Exceptional stakeholder management—proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business functions. + Adept at leveraging HR analytics to shape strategy and drive continuous improvement. + A strong business acumen, understanding the connection between HR strategy and business success. + HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
