They take complex information and make it simple to understand, appealing, and easy to access. They create content that is thorough, accurate, and clearly written, and deliver it in multiple media, including online help, videos, in-app walkthroughs, printable guides, website content, and other technical documentation. They help improve processes for content development and delivery, and work to ensure consistency and standardization across all materials. They also embrace new tools and strategies. Deltek technical writers work in an agile environment with an international development team across multiple disciplines, working in collaboration with product managers, software and quality engineers, and technical writing peers.
