About the role:

Demandbase is seeking an enthusiastic Sr. Analyst Relations Manager to drive Demandbase’s analyst relations strategy, identification, prioritization, and engagement plan for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 analysts and advisors. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing and with support from Demandbase marketing and product leadership, this role will own all analyst relations activities.

The base compensation range for this position, not including bonus, is: $120,000 - $160,000

What you’ll be doing:

Actively identify a network of industry analysts. Create a mechanism to track analyst interactions and manage for impact. Lead and actualize Demandbase’s agenda with the analyst/advisor community. Build a trusted partnership with analysts and act as the face of Demandbase to the analysts relations strategy. Develop and execute Demandbase’s analyst & advisor strategy to include a defined calendar of planned engagements by the analysts firm, with measurable goals and impact. Work with analysts and advisors to proactively identify the opportunities in which Demandbase should be included/recommended to clients. Formulate strategy to engage industry analysts to highlight products/solutions in analyst reports, coverage, and rankings. Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to incorporate analyst feedback into product roadmaps, strategic positioning & messaging, packaging & pricing, and externally facing marketing and sales assets. Establish and track metrics to measure the impact and success of the program. Directly author and curate SME content for a wide range of projects including analyst briefings and analyst sponsorship/thought leadership programs. Work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively. Deliver detailed internal updates via business reviews which showcase key metrics and KPIs reflecting performance.

What we’re looking for:

5-7 years of professional marketing experience 3-5 years of analyst relations experience required. Ideally, with a B2B SaaS/tech company. Experience owning and facilitating responses to major analyst firm reports Experience project managing and driving quality and timeliness of both proactive and reactive AR initiatives Experience and comfort owning communications and scheduling with analyst firms Experience communicating effectively to senior leadership and executives Experience collaborating and communicating effectively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams Proven written and verbal communication skills required, with demonstrated ability to blend high IQ and high EQ into compelling narratives and effective relationship building. Experience working directly for an analyst firm desirable but not required
